CONFIGURAÇÕES E PERSPECTIVAS DO TRABALHO SOB A LÓGICA DA REESTRUTURAÇÃO PRODUTIVA

Abstract

Este artigo tem como finalidade analisar as implicações práticas da reestruturação produtiva para a classe trabalhadora no que diz respeito ao seu caráter político e mobilizador, a fim de efetivar uma organização sindical ofensiva e compatível com o atual quadro organizacional do trabalho e do capital. Desenvolver-se-á uma análise conclusiva, a partir das contribuições teóricas de Gramsci, sobre a necessidade de se efetivar a formação intelectual e política dos trabalhadores como condição indispensável para que eles sejam capazes de olhar crítica e conscientemente suas reais condições históricas de existência.

ABSTRACT

The work aims to analyze the practical implications of the restructuring process for the working class, with regard to their political and mobilizing in order to effect a union offensive and compatible with the current organizational framework of labor and capital. It will develop a conclusive analysis from the theoretical contributions of Gramsci, on the need to enforce the intellectual and political workers as a precondition for them to be able to look critically and consciously their real historical conditions of existence.
